At the time of completing the picnic proposal or service(containing a contract), the client agrees to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in the picnic/service. If the client need to cancel or reschedule must be done within 48hours of booking. All cancellations made after the 48hour period will result in loss of deposit.

We prefer to have 7 days heads up. However, don’t let this deter you from sending in a request! We will always try to work with you to make it happen.
